This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) applies to the processing of enterprise operational logs, risk profiles, and client compliance data uploaded directly into the Techzup SaaS platform.

2. Technical Processing Boundaries

Techzup guarantees that it will process customer-uploaded data solely to deliver GRC platform functionalities, execute compliance mapping, and resolve support tickets. We will never sell, lease, or distribute corporate tenant data for independent marketing profiles.

3. Infrastructure & Server Environment

• Hosting Environment: Techzup processes and stores corporate GRC data within managed Hostinger Cloud infrastructure.
• No AI Server training: Techzup does not host native AI large language models on its hosting servers to read, pass, or process customer data blocks unless explicitly requested, configured, and integrated via a dedicated API tunnel by the client.

4. Data Protection & Security Controls

Techzup maintains rigorous technical and organizational safeguards:

• Role-Based Access Control: Strict system isolation ensures no unauthorized Techzup employee can view customer database tables.
• Data Transport: Hardened TLS/HTTPS transport protocols protect data in transit, while modern database encryption routines safeguard data at rest.

5. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a confirmed security incident impacting the data tables uploaded by the Client, Techzup commits to notifying the impacted Client within 72 hours of discovering the breach. We will provide detailed insights regarding the nature of the event and the immediate remediation actions taken.
